Automatic on loom fabric inspection
The camera based Cyclops automatic on loom inspection system detects warp, weft and point defects during the weaving process. In case of a warp defect or a too high concentration of weft or point defects, the system can stop the loom, light a warning lamp and display nature and position of the defect on the loom’s display.
